Project Coordinator (£26-28k) (Reading) (Hybrid)
**Your new company**
A non-for-profit organisation specialising in projects that improve education systems and schools around the world.
**Your new role**
Daily Responsibilities and duties will include:

- Co-ordinate the day-to-day running of the project reporting to the client and senior director
- Manage the programme's grant process, ensuring that all schools have a grant agreement in place, grant claims are processed accurately and grants are paid on time.
- Monitor school's progress on the programme to ensure they are meeting the obligations of the grant Agreement, with support from the Project Administrator
- Coordinate programme workstreams ensuring that key milestones are met, with risks and issues escalated as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience of project coordination
- Experience of client/ customer-facing role supporting or coordinating major projects
- Experience of producing reports for internal and external use
- Experience of using data & spreadsheets (Ability to do pivot tables and VLOOKUP's)
- Strong financial/budget management and reporting skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**What you'll get in return**
- Hybrid Working (Required in office on Mondays and Preferably Thursday's)
- £26,000 to 28,0000
