The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Training Digital Content Creator based in Chertsey. This is a permanent position with Blue Square, supporting and working closely with our client Samsung, offering a salary of £37,500 per annum with a great bonus.

The Role

As the MX Training Digital Content Creator, you will be solely possible for the delivery of digital training content and the production of assets used across multiple workstreams and touchpoints. Adhering to client and stakeholder requirements, you will be to create and render engaging training content and POS to drive knowledge, awareness, and confidence in the client's products and services.

Utilizing the lasted in graphic design and interactive platforms, you will scope, design and provide continuous improvements to the content delivery across a wide audience of the users in Retail and Contact centre.

Working closely with the MX Training Content Project Manager, you will ensure all content, projects, and assets are produced on time, approved at the highest standard, and reflective of the client brand, product, and legal guidelines.

You must be an expert in product knowledge and proficient in cascading training across multiple teams and audience sizes, both F2F and virtual, inspiring hearts and minds through engaging and immersive digital training content that not only adheres to all client requirements but delivers against the training needs analysis for the product scope.

To be successful in the role you will need to be commercially minded, with a full understanding of measuring ROI of the production of training content, with a background in project management as well as fully experienced and efficient in the Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and InDesign software packages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be a Samsung product expert, responsible for delivering end-to-end train the trainer session across multiple teams and audience sizes
- Design compact and high-impact training quick guides and one-pagers aligned to the recent trends in the way people learn
- Carrying a strong understanding of soft skills training and sales journeys across multiple channel partners and 3rd party vendors to be weaved into training content
- Skilled in producing professional-grade presentations and assets to be used across multiple large and small-scale touchpoints with high exposure and working across varying formats and structures
- Capturing training needs analysis across various business functions and identifying innovative ways to communicate training messages
- Utilizing insights to derive training content and innovation in approach and identifying new opportunities based on industry and competitor analysis
- Conduct feedback workshops to evaluate the impact of training content and identify new opportunities based on feedback. Continuously evaluating existing training content in the field and digitally

Skill and Experience

Essential:

- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
- Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- InDesign/Dreamweaver Application Packages
- Proven track record of providing training material within IT and or telecom.
- Confident in presenting
- Strong understanding of training/ training experience
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office - particularly PowerPoint
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Required to work from Samsung HQ in Chertsey (KT16 0PS) and production studio in the Chertsey/Working Area several times a week and on occasion travel to events throughout the UK
