Coventry Taco Bell is a leading Mexican-inspired quick service restaurant brand. With the continued growth across the UK there is a real opportunity to join an exciting brand and develop with us. Full training is available but there is a real emphasis on general support.
- **What will the Restaurant General Manager do?**
- Working with your Regional Manager to provide support and development of team members
- Mentor Staff and provide support where required
- Provide training for all staff members.
- Assis with any staffing issues and resolving any outstanding issues
- Ensure that staffing schedules are met and gaps filled.
- Meet hygiene standards across the restaurant.
- Strong customer Services and an ability to resolve any complaints.
- Cash up and general understanding of Profit and loss cash control.
- Maintain Inventory and ordering.

**What skills with the Restaurant General Manager Require?**
- Be able to lead by example
- Have great communication skills
- A proven background in management in a similar role or be willing to take that next step into management
- A mentor as well as a leader.
- A desire to build a successful team.
- Background in meeting and exceeding expectations in both customers and targets.
