Mae'n gyfrifol am gynorthwyo'r Cyngor i gyflawni ei agenda uchelgeisiol trwy drosi blaenoriaethau gwleidyddol yn amcanion sefydliadol gyda ffocws ar gefnogi datblygu polisi, darparu polisïau a sicrhau proses gwneud penderfyniadau agored a thryloyw.

Wedi'i leoli o fewn y Gyfarwyddiaeth Pobl a Chymunedau, bydd hwn yn gyfle i weithio fel rhan o dîm talentog ac ymroddedig ar amrywiaeth o faterion polisi cyhoeddus.

**Am Y Swydd**
Bydd y Rheolwr Gweithredol ar gyfer Polisi a Swyddfa'r Cabinet yn darparu swyddogaeth cymorth polisi o ansawdd uchel i'r Arweinydd, y Cabinet a'r Prif Weithredwr, yn ymwneud ag ystod eang o faterion polisi corfforaethol. Bydd hyn yn cynnwys gweithio ar draws Cyfarwyddiaeth y Cyngor i gefnogi datblygiad y Cynllun Corfforaethol a chynhyrchu hunanasesiad strategol y Cyngor o berfformiad ddwywaith y flwyddyn. Bydd y rôl hefyd yn datblygu ac yn cydlynu polisi corfforaethol ar ystod o faterion strategol, gan gynnwys Cydraddoldeb, Amrywiaeth a Chynhwysiant.

Bydd datblygu a rheoli cysylltiadau strategol â phartneriaid yn ofyniad allweddol, gan gynnwys y sectorau cyhoeddus, preifat, academaidd a dielw, yn ogystal â chefnogi cynnwys a chyfranogiad y Cyngor mewn ystod o rwydweithiau strategol.

Chi fydd yn gyfrifol am reoli Busnes y Cabinet a chefnogi proses gwneud penderfyniadau ffurfiol y Weithrediaeth (Cabinet). Bydd hyn yn golygu sicrhau bod cymorth priodol yn cael ei ddarparu i'r Arweinydd, y Cabinet ac Uwch Swyddogion mewn perthynas â'r broses benderfynu ffurfiol.

Bydd y rôl yn rheoli gwasanaeth cymorth gweithredol o ansawdd uchel ac effeithlon i Arweinydd y Cyngor a'r Cabinet.

Byddwch yn rhan o dîm hynod frwdfrydig, ymroddedig a chefnogol, gydag ymrwymiad i wneud gwaith o safon uchel a chefnogi'r gwaith o ddarparu gwasanaethau cyhoeddus. Bydd digon o gyfle ar gyfer datblygiad personol a phroffesiynol, gan gynnwys hyfforddiant perthnasol i'r rôl.

Mae'r Cyngor wedi mabwysiadu arferion gweithio hybrid sy'n berthnasol i'r rôl hon, sy’n golygu bod modd gwneud y rhan fwyaf o’r gwaith yn y swyddfa, gartref neu mewn lleoliad addas arall. Bydd yn ofynnol o hyd i fynd i’r swyddfa yn achlysurol ar gyfer rhai cyfarfodydd yn ôl yr angen.

Bydd gennych sgiliau cyfathrebu ac ysgrifennu rhagorol, a byddwch yn gallu ymchwilio ar gyfer adroddiadau a chyflwyno gwybodaeth yn glir ac yn effeithiol i amrywiaeth o wahanol gynulleidfaoedd, o uwch reolwyr i ddefnyddwyr.

Bydd gennych brofiad o weithio gydag aelodau etholedig, uwch reolwyr a pholisi strategol, yn ogystal â dealltwriaeth o wneud penderfyniadau ffurfiol o fewn llywodraeth leol.

Bydd lefel dda o gymhwysedd TGCh yn rhagofyniad, bod yn gyfarwydd, yn benodol, â Microsoft Office. Byddai profiad o offer mwy arbenigol, megis Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, neu Microsoft Power BI hefyd yn fanteisiol.
