An amazing opportunity has arisen to work as a Service Desk Manager for one of our market-leading, multi-million pound clients.

They are looking for a highly technical and experienced Individual to lead and expand their IT team on a day-to-day basis, eventually expanding their helpdesk into Europe.

**Essential Experience for the chosen Service Desk Manager**:

- IT Leadership/ Management experience
- Strong Microsoft Knowledge
- Strong Technical background
- IT related Qualifications/ certifications
- Fresh service Ticketing System experience
- Excellent Written and verbal Communication
