We are recruiting an Immediate start - Caretaker for our client in Oldham (OL1)

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and implementation of site projects.
- Staff supervision.
- Basic building maintenance.
- Good awareness of Health & Safety procedures.
- Have the ability to use own initiative and problem solve independently.
- Have the ability from time to time to work to tight deadlines.

Our requirements:

- Must have the Right to Work in the UK
- Must have a valid Enhanced DBS
- Must have previous School Caretaker experience of at least 2 years including DIY/Maintenance/Key responsibility/Fire Alarm testing
- Must be pro active. friendly and hard working and be able to start immediately

Daily shifts: Monday - Friday 06:00am
- 09:00am and 14:00pm
- 18:00pm, based on 52 week

Rate of pay: £11.00-£12.00

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Oldham, OL1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
