Pensions Administration Assistant

You would be responsible for providing full cradle to grave administration on a portfolio of clients for Defined Benefits schemes (mainly) this may also include Defined Contributions schemes too;
- Answering in-bound calls and resolving Pension queries
- Processing member events within agreed SLA's
- Assisting in ad-hoc administration projects
- Opening and processing post

This role would be a great fit for someone who has office administration or contact / call centre experience looking to start their career within Pensions.
