Procurement Specialist

**About the Role**

Reporting to and working closely with Senior Procurement Management, you will play a key role in maintaining visibility of contracts with third party suppliers and providing support to the business to ensure contracts are renewed in a timely manner and appropriateprocurement activities are undertaken.

**About You**

We are looking for a highly motivated applicant with excellent interpersonal skills and professional approach with a detailed knowledge of procurement.

The role requires the need to maintain focus on identification and achievement of value added opportunities and increased efficiencies whilst also ensuring understanding of risk.

The Procurement and Supplier Management department is a newly created central function that provides guidance and support to the business in managing supplier relationships throughout the Supplier Lifecycle, from identification of business needs throughto exit. The function maintains responsibility for agreement of new supplier relationships and supplier reviews in line with an agreed structure. It embeds a framework that ensures processes and procedures are aligned with regulatory requirements, allows foroversight of supplier risk, and drives efficiencies and cost benefits
