**Engineering Operations Coordinator**

To support the engineering operations team in the running of over 215 engineers nationwide, you will be working with engineers, supervisors, technical managers, compliance co-ordinators and the Head of National Engineering to assist with the smooth day to day running of the department.

And as a Engineering Operations Coordinator with Bellrock, you’ll do it by
- Ensure all engineers have the equipment, tools, PPE, uniform and anything else required to carry out their duties.
- To manage the engineering vehicle fleet in conjunction with the Fleet Manager.
- Keep various matrix’ up to date from training to tools to uniform.
- Communicate effectively with technical operations team.
- To book transport, hotels and training with our approved suppliers
- Compile reports on driving trends through our vehicle telematics.
- Be a note taker in meetings, including disciplinary.
- Carry out other duties consistent with the post-holder’s knowledge and skills which are necessary for the satisfactory completion of contracts or business goals.
- Participate on the out of hours call out rota when it is your turn to do so defined by the current rota schedule.
- Comply with all company policy and procedures, legislation and regulatory requirements.

- Previous experience within the FM//Building Services sector.
- Previous experience with Concerto or other CAFM packages.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office package products.
- Health & Safety awareness.
- Organised.
- Builds good working relationship with internal teams and external service providers.
- Ability to work within the team and on individual basis with minimum supervision.
- Prioritises own workload.
- Experienced in using CAFM systems.
- Understanding of Statutory Requirements.
- Sound technical knowledge.
- IT and Data analysis skills.
- Ability to understand, implement and challenge
