**Team Member**

My Pretty Little Gifts is an online company providing personalised gifts for events and occasions. We trade mainly on Amazon and Etsy and are known for our excellent customer service and quick delivery of goods.

As a **Team Member**, you will be required to work in all departments of the company. In a typical day your duties could include:

- Processing online orders.
- Picking and Packing of none personalised goods.
- Manufacturing personalised goods such as Sashes, Banners, Bunting, Mugs, T-Shirts, Jumpers, Tote Bags, Garters, Wooden Plaques and Acrylic Signs.
- Stock Taking and unpacking deliveries.

My Pretty Little Gifts are currently in a transitional period whereby we are now operational 7 days per week. Therefore all staff members need availability Monday - Sunday 9am - 5pm. A rota is provided 2 weeks in advance and we do our upmost to distribute weekend shifts evenly amongst the team. A new employee joining the company should expect on average to work one weekend on then one weekend off. This can be discussed further in interview, however at this stage good availability is essential to the role.

**Requirements**:

- an excellent level of computer literacy.
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade B (or equivalent)
- availability Monday - Sunday.
- a high attention to detail.
- a can do attitude and willingness to work.
- the ability to work as part of a team.
- the ability to be self motivated and work alone when required.
- be able to work quickly and efficiently to strict time pressure.

**Salary**: £7.00-£11.00 per hour
