- Are you ready to take charge of a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional site administration standards? We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to fill the position of Site Administration Lead.
- As the Site Administration Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the training of supervisors and providing absence support for our site administration team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in site administration and team management.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Site Champion**: You will support best practices for environmental and health & safety standards, ensuring that mandatory site checks and reviews are completed to uphold site certifications and standards
- **Supplier Management**: Raise purchase orders and efficiently manage suppliers on Moveware, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries
- **General Administration Support**: Assist the Site Manager with various administrative tasks as required, demonstrating your versatility and ability to adapt to changing needs
- **Employee Engagement**: Contribute to the success of site employee forums and working groups, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- **Experience**: You possess administration experience, ideally in a facilities environment or working with contractors
- **Customer Focus**: Your excellent customer skills enable you to provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, leaving a positive and lasting impression
- **Organisational Skills**:With your impeccable organisation and attention to detail, you effortlessly manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, delivering results in a timely manner
