We have an exciting role for a Recruitment Coordinator to support an established university based in central London.

This is a temporary position running for 3-months and starting as soon as possible. This role is remote and the standard hours would be 9-5:30pm, but there is also flexibility on this.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all vacancies in the team, including organisation on the portal and tracking progress
- Manage the e-Recruitment System, updating as needed
- Draft and post job adverts
- Work closely with recruiting managers on interviews, adverts and roles in the pipeline
- Create and manage shortlisting grids for each vacancy
- Assist with offer letters, contracts, and right-to-work checks
- Co-ordinate staff onboarding including IT set-up and equipment
- Liaise across different departments to ensure cohesion
- Assist with the maintenance of the online portal, including drafting new content

Essential Experience:

- Higher Education degree or experience
- Experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and experience working to deadlines
- Previous handling of confidential information
- Proactive working style

An interest in HR and Recruitment would be a bonus
