Labourer/driver

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Labourer/Driver to join our team. This is a full-time position. There is potential to learn trades within the company as we are family business and we like to encourage growth in the workforce.

**Duties**:

- All aspects of site work, apartment renovations/ripping out,
- Keeping site tidy of rubbish, debris etc,
- Performing various physical duties as assigned at a construction site, fetching and moving materials,
- Keeping the site safe from a Health and Safety standard,
- Helping remove walls and ceilings,
- Following instructions from your supervisor/site manager,
- Collecting materials or equipment from one destination to another.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

A company vehicle would be provided to the successful applicant.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,282.40-£30,000.00 per year
