This company are an established business who have been in the Chester area for 40 years, who are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join an expanding team, based in their Head Office in Broughton.

**£29,000 pro rata**

**Monday to Friday, 25 hours a week - flexible to the needs of the business**

The role of Operations Supervisor is critical to the success of the business and the successful applicant can look forward to working in a fast-paced environment where delivery to clients is our primary focus. You will need strong communication skills and the ability to be innovative. The company will give you full support throughout your career, however they do expect a high level of self determination to succeed and common sense to problem solve, resolve issues, and able to react to a changing situation. If you have the flexibility to work within an environment where no two days are the same, this Operations Supervisor role could be the opportunity for you

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- **
- Working closely with Managers to maintain current contracts.
- Checking that standards of cleaning match the criteria.
- Implement staff training, COSHH knowledge and usage.
- Recruitment of new staff, requiring elements of HR skills.
- Onboarding new starters. Informing management of absenteeism, holidays, etc within the system.
- Allocating team workloads, ensuring client expectations are exceeded
- Alongside the Managers, providing welfare support to staff
- Visit sites and carry out QR audits on the cleaning products and equipment, reorganised and restock.
- Communication is paramount with both management and the cleaning teams.
- Hands on approach to the role as needed.

- A genuine interest in people, with the ability to manage a team effectively
- A flexible approach to problem solving within a professional business environment
- An organised way of working, able to manage several key projects/tasks at one time to meet strict deadlines
- An honest approach, ensuring that any commitments to customers are met and expectations are exceeded
- Basic computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, face to face and over the phone
