An opportunity has arisen for a General Cleaner/Porter to join a team at a heritage site in the city of London.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
General cleaning duties
- Off-site delivery and receipt of goods
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Maintaining loading bays in a tidy condition
- Removal of rubbish via skips or to tips
- Transporting furniture between stores and offices
- Setting-up and clearing furniture for conferences and functions
- Assembling and dismantling furniture
- Tidying up storerooms and yards, etc.
- Miscellaneous cleaning tasks
- Answering the radio
- Janitor and Cleaning Machinery skills

The applicant must have good communication skills. Written and spoken English is essential and excellent customer service skills as client liaison is part of the role.

Working hours: 7.30am to 4pm, with one hour’s unpaid break

**Salary**: £13.15 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
