Ridiculously Rich by Alana are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team working from their office in Aberystwyth. You will be taking care of our customers by helping their enquiries and order details.

This will be a part time role, 5 hours a day, Monday to Friday with the possibility of overtime during busier periods. General hours will be 9am to 2pm

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

This role will be based in the Ridiculously Rich office on the Glan yr Afon Industrial Estate in Aberystwyth.

Full training will be provided on our products and services to help you respond as best you can.

This is a busy and challenging role which requires plenty of enthusiasm, energy and resilience

You will need to liaise with other team members to ensure all customers go away happy

**KEY SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Minimum 6 months customer service skills preferred
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to work well individually, take initiative and contribute to a team
- Hard working and ability to work under pressure/to strict deadlines
- Passion and enthusiasm, positive attitude and motivated

Start date to be confirmed, January 2023 preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
