3 Month initial contract

Join a Young Peoples Substance Misuse Team during an exciting transformation P4 Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to provide short-term support in managing clients seamlessly through a service remodelling process.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering evidence-based interventions for young people and vulnerable adults
Crafting personalised support plans to enhance resilience, achievement, and positive lifestyle choices
Ensuring confidentiality and consent adherence according to Caldicott principles
Engaging and comprehensively assessing individuals and families from entry to post-treatment support
Leading early intervention and prevention initiatives, supporting positive peer networks
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and agencies for holistic support
Compiling intelligence/evidence packages to inform resource deployment
Acting as a role model, providing advocacy, and maintaining records per national guidelines
Delivering health education on harm minimisation, blood-borne viruses, and overdose prevention
Supporting substitute prescribing regimes and providing harm reduction strategies
**Salary**: £17.12-£20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
