**Internal Account Manager**

**£25,500 per annum + benefits**

**Do you have previous account management/customer service experience? Would you love to join a well-respected company in Devizes? If so, then we would love to hear from you**

Our prestigious client is currently requiring an experienced Internal Account Manager to join their hardworking and growing team in Devizes. You will be providing a first class service experience to both customers and suppliers, ensuring all parties arekept informed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner closely with Area Sales Manager
- Proactively build relationships with designated retailers
- Upsell/cross sell products
- Update customers on their orders
- Update and maintain the in-house CRM

**Person specification**:

- Previous account management/customer service experience
- Professional and polite manner
- Work well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Methodical, logical and organised approach
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office

Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4.30pm.

Due to the client's location, having your own transport would be beneficial.
