**Facilities Coordinator**

**Salary £14,577 **(pro rata of F/T £24,294)

**Part-Time **21 hours per week, flexible working mainly Mon
- Fri

We’re looking for a Facilities Coordinator to be part of our team of three Facilities staff, to physically setup/takedown events, look after, clean, maintain and repair the building, and ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met.

**About us**

Our goal is to is to ensure that Victoria Baths, a beautiful 1906 Grade II* swimming pool and Turkish baths complex, operated by a charitable trust, is kept in use as an events, community and arts venue and heritage visitor attraction. There are currently eleven employees.

**The Facilities Coordinator role includes**
- Event/room setup/takedown and cleaning, with occasional manual handling of heavy items
- Completion of Health & Safety, security and building checks
- Acting as a key holder, providing general building access and attending emergency callouts
- Basic building maintenance and repair work (including minor plumbing, carpentry, decorating and gardening)
- Monitoring and reordering of cleaning supplies
- Experience in a similar role is essential e.g. caretaker
- Working knowledge of Health & Safety
- Practical skills in basic building repair and maintenance
- Ability to effectively plan and prioritise work
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Basic use of Microsoft Office 365
