Our client is a well-established legal firm, offering a wide range of legal services catering to both individual and business clients.

**The Role**:
As a **Commercial Property Associate / Partner**, you will be providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in commercial property transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a Commercial Property Solicitor or in a similar role.
- Experience in various commercial property transactions, including buying / selling properties, security agreements, and property development.
- Qualified in Scots Law.
- Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic.
- Skilled Microsoft Office, familiarity with Case Management Systems is desirable.
