**Customer Service Advisor - Colchester**

**£23,400 p/a plus generous quarterly bonus.**

**Full and part time (pro rata'd) roles available.**

Then come join us as a Customer Service Advisor and you’ll work Monday to Friday (between the hours of 9am to 6pm) with 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am to 1pm), Full time 37.5 hours per week or part time approx 20 hours. **No experience necessary as we will provide you with full training** We offer a basic salary of **£23,400 **p/a full time hours and pro rata's for part time hours plus a generous quarterly bonus so you can earn **up to £27,400 per year full time**. With a **start date 1st July 2024**, You’ll have a 4-week induction followed by an 8-week training academy. - Efficiently manage high call volumes in our dynamic contact centre environment meeting and exceeding performance KPI’s and targets.
