The Mews Bridal, is an international Bridal Boutique specialising in French Bridal Couture. Bringing fashion and bridal together, a combination that brides crave. It provides that certain ‘je ne sais quoi’ for the bride that is looking for something unique yet effortlessly chic.

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and passionate Bridal Stylist to bring energy and enthusiasm to our small team in our Notting Hill boutique. You must be a fashion lover, who loves meeting women of all personalities, and skilled in admin duties as well as high end customer service.

Our team is renowned for our friendly, personalised and exclusive service that we provide every customer from start to finish. There is extensive product knowledge, company policies and procedures to learn so your commitment and passion for the role is essential. You must have a natural flare to make customers feel welcome, relaxed and stress-free throughout their memorable experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales**
- Ensure strategic selling techniques are being implemented to meet shared sales targets

**Personal attributes**
- Showcase high-end service and styling guidance on the studio floor
- Attention to detail and own personal style
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Manage your own time to ensure you are being proactive and completing tasks in a timely manner set by management
- Engage in team meetings and adhere to new policies and procedures
- Focused on personal development and goals
- Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

**Customer relationships**
- Directing exclusive and private consultations - demonstrating bridal and fabric knowledge including dress selection, pinning, styling and accessory options to go beyond the customer’s initial request
- Consistently offering an unforgettable experience
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships

**Operational procedures**
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and set values
- Answer customer enquiries in an enthusiastic and timely manner
- Offer customer support; process orders, quotations, sale transactions, book appointments
- Ensure the appointment schedule is up-to-date and utilised to is maximum potential
- Press and steam bridal items ready for fitting consultations and collections
- Carry out quality control checks on items received and report any issues
- Involved in stock control and management

**Brand aesthetic & awareness**
- Showcase the brand, company aesthetics and values
- Ensure the shop is visually presentable at all times representing the brand and meeting high standards

**Requirements**:

- Part-time (3 days per week; Tuesday-Sunday which is based on a rota)
- Fashion degree (not necessary if you have experience)
- Previous fashion experience or luxury sales is essential
- Bridal experience is welcomed but not essential

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.05 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our employees and clients safe, we have hand sanitising stations throughout the studio, PPE is provided, extra cleaning throughout the day and less customers in the studio at any one time.
