Poultry Farm Worker

TNP Ltd are an Organic and Free Range Poultry Producer based in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. With the business expanding we are looking to recruit a Poultry Farm Worker in the Cromer area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cover Farm Manager during their day off and potentially provide some holiday cover.
- Maintain bird health, welfare, compliance and monitor performance.
- To check weigh birds as required.
- Administer routine vaccines and appropriate treatments where required.
- Monitor feed, gas, bedding and wood pellet deliveries.

**Essential skills and experience required**:

- Previous experience with livestock
- Good communicator.
- Ability to accurately record and understand farm information
- UK driving licence.
- Team player.
- Good organiser.
- Flexible approach to working.

**Desirable**:

- Good understanding and experience of all aspects of poultry production.
- Excellent understanding of bird welfare issues.
- Level 2 or 3 WBDA or NVQ qualification in poultry production.

**Hours of Work: Part time weekend/relief worker**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 8 per week
