Hgv / Lgv Mechanic

**HGV / LGV Mechanic / Fitter / Technician** required. Working. As a HGV / LGV Mechanic / Fitter / Technician you will ideally have previous experience working in a garage environment. Knowledge of leading truck brands would be ideal but isnot necessary for the HGV / LGV Mechanic / Fitter / Technician role.
**Salary £40,000 a year**
HGV/LGV Mechanics: Proven experience required
HGV/LGV mechanics qualifications (preferred)
**Job Description**:
Working as part of a team looking after vehicles and trailers
Dealership experience of LGV /HGV vehicles prefered
Working Monday to friday
Annual per year

**Duties**:
To carry out routine safety inspections to vehicles and trailers to maintenance schedules
Inspect, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical defects
To accurately complete all maintenance and repair record sheets
To work in a professional and safe manner
To keep the work area safe, clean, and tidy
Desirable:
Possession of a valid C + E licence would be an advantage.
Knowledge of leading vehicle brands would be a distinct advantage but not essential
Mechanical qualifications preferred but not essential
