**1 x CSCS HANDYMAN** required for a **12 MONTH** temporary contract in **OXFORD SCIENCE PARK, ROBERT ROBINSON AVENUE, LITTLEMORE, OX4 4GA.**

Duties to include, but no limited to the following;
- General wet & dry making good
- Working from a snagging list
- Any other duties as sited and directed by the site manager

Handyman Basic Requirements;
- CSCS Card
- Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, Boots, Hi-Vis, Gloves & Goggles)
- Full Tool Kit

As a Handyman you must be hard working, reliable and punctual have good communication skills and the ability to work alone on your own initiative or as part of a team.

**Rate**: £**18** Depending on experience.

**OVERTIME PAID**

Monday to Friday - 1.5 after the first 10 hours of work

Saturday - 1.5 after the first 5 hours of work

Sunday - 1.5 for the full 10 hour shift
