As the Financial Administrator, you will play a vital role in our finance department, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and contributing to our overall success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain complete and accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Process and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with both the Company Manager and Company Accountant to assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist with payroll processing and related tax calculations.
- Manage and reconcile petty cash and employee expense reimbursements.
- Support the preparation of year-end financial statements.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and best practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience), preferably AAT or relevant Qualification
- Sage 50 experience is absolutely essential.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and regulations.
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary - **£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

**Benefits - **on site parking, gym pass, Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
