Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Bank Resourcer to join our Talent Team on a fixed term 12 month contract.

What will your duties include?-
- Post jobs to CCL Applicant Tracking System (ATS) / Careers Website and where appropriate to job boards and social media channels- Convert permanent leavers into Bank employees where appropriate- Support with Bank Open Days, Job Fairs and similar recruitment events to engage new Bank talent- Working with the Bank Business Partner and Marketing, support with digital and social media attraction campaignsSupport the hiring manager with development of appropriate interview questions. Capture all interview notes for compliance purposes- Send out offer letters and contracts of employment in a timely manner and complete hiring process on ATS / HRIS platform- Support with employer compliance activity (reference checks, DBS, Occupational Health, professional certifications and registrations), updating CCL compliance systemWhat we need from you?- Experience working in a Resourcing, Recruitment or Talent Specialist role for a healthcare Bank team is essential- Experience managing the end-to-end Bank recruitment life-cycle from sourcing, screening, to offer management and compliance is essential- Stakeholder management experience of influencing and advising hiring managers to support positive recruitment outcomes is desirable- Experience maintaining an ATS, ideally Workday or comparable system is highly desirable- Experience supporting with recruitment compliance clearances - eg: reference taking, occupational health clearance, DBS clearance- Customer service experience essential
