Jackson Hogg is delighted to be supporting with the appointment of a BIM Modeller, to work for an award-winning design engineering and construction company based in the Northeast of England in the appointment. This company specialises in designing, engineering, and delivering complex regulated environment solutions, cleanroom construction and M&E services for a wide range of industries and solve facility design challenges to improve health and safety, reduce costs as well as release zero carbon emissions in the process.

You will be responsible for using BIM Modelling software to produce established designs and detailed drawings within the project scope, ensuring that specifications and client requirements are met within budget, quality and programme. Working closely with other colleagues within the BIM Design Team, you will also undertake or assist in site surveys, such as existing building services, HVAC, CS&A, electrical and process systems to evaluate full customer requirements and compliance to specifications.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Related experience working within a similar role and industry.
- MSc degree working with BIM (advantageous).
- Experience with Revit modelling to fabrication level of detail LOD5 experience.
- Use of dynamo and python programming.
- Experienced working on working within building services/MEP.
- Experience working and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Computer literate with all aspects of Microsoft Office
- Proactive leadership experience with the focus of problem solving.
- Prepare as built model / drawings from site survey information.
- A tenacious self-starter always looking for a better way to deliver.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong project management skills.
