To work as part of the team on Fendrod ward with other multi disciplinary professionals. The ward Clark will support the nursing team to organize patients notes and other administrative tasks. The post holder will be expected to work as part of a team but also be able to demonstrate autonomy when completing tasks of the admin role.

Administrative tasks such as filing nursing documentation, supporting the team to complete various nursing audits.

To gain an Understanding of the health boards computer systems to manage patient flow for admissions and discharges from hospital

To gain knowledge around the mental health act paper work. To work closely with the staff in the mental health act Office to ensure patients are detained to ward legally.

To support the team in the organization of patient reviews to support the MDT

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
