**Lettings Negotiator and Viewing Representative**

An exciting opportunity to work in a Part Time (every Saturday 9am to 4.30pm) customer facing role at Gascoigne Halman’s thriving Marple Lettings Office.

Hours: Every Saturday and ad-hoc hours to be agreed on a mutual basis

Key Activities Include:

- Arranging & Attending viewings
- Regular client contact
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic & entrepreneurial
- Knowledge of the local area
- Driving Licence
