**Asbestos Surveyor - Sunderland**
**£28,000 - £35,000 per annum**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Asbestos Surveyor to join a leading environmental consultancy in Sunderland. The client has an excellent reputation nationally and each year they are growing bigger. Due to a sustain period of growth we are looking for a number of P401 and P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyors

**Job duties**
- Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys
- Working on commercial, industrial, and domestic sites
- Maintaining a strong working relationship with clients and customers
- Filling in reports of your findings on your company tablet
- Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
- P401 and P402 Qualified
- Strong work ethic
- Team Player
- Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor but not essential.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**PLEASE NOTE* **We are also interested in anyone with p401/p402/p403/p404/p404/p405

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
