**Sales Support Assistant**

**-**Admin: recording sales leads, processing sales orders on CRM system (Sage 200), reporting on weekly sales goals
- Customer Service: maintaining contact with existing targeting customers and suppliers, occasionally supporting the Customer Service team with answering incoming sales/technical enquiry calls

**-**Liaising with Sales Teams and Field Service Engineers preparing formal quotes and arranging site visits
- Updating CRM system, tracking projects and cases
- Processing sales orders

**Profile**

**Sales Support Assistant**
- Ability to communicate and interact with a wide range of contacts including customers and suppliers. Excellent verbal and written communication
- Has a positive and enthusiastic team approach
- Numerical and analytical with intermediate spreadsheet and data base skills (Microsoft Excel)
- An understanding of Sage 200 along with financial processes and knowledge of CRM systems would be an advantage
