Redwings Lodge is a small group of hotels in the Home Counties and Midlands. Redwings Lodge Dunstable is a 28 room hotel.

The shifts will cover 24/7 and flexibility is key the shifts are

07.00-15.00, 15.00-22.00, 22.00-07.00 although the role is mainly for 15.00 - 22.00 with additional cover across all shifts required as and when.

The successful applicant will have a flair for customer service with a 'can-do' attitude and a happy disposition.

Previous experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage.

Duties of this position will include
- Check-in and check-out guests
- Sell the hotel facilities
- Deal with problems and complaints fairly and speedily
- Pass damage or failure reports to management
- Cash handling
- Maintain reception records and paperwork in a tidy and prompt manner

Due to the hotels location transport will be required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: Up to £11.47 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
