**SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER**
This leading events agency are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their team, taking the lead with the delivery of a range of events to include, live, virtual, experiential and exhibitions as well as marketing and comms campaigns fora wide variety of household brands.
The agency put their people at the forefront and culture & well-being play a vital role in the success of the business and the client projects they deliver.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Account Management - Acting as a key point of contact for your clients you will be responsible for not only nurturing but ideally growing your client accounts. You'll be acting as brand guardian for your clients, ensuring consistency across multiple projectsand will have a natural ability to establish long term, trusted relationships. Further to this you will keep your eyes and ears to the ground regarding industry news and trends and will act as a source of consistent and accurate information for your clients.
- Finance Management - We're looking for someone financially astute with demonstrable experience managing large scale budgets. You'll be adept and tracking, reporting and communicating between divisions utilising finance management platforms.
- Project delivery - This is a hands on role that will see you responsible for owning the relationship with your clients while communicating delivery status reports across all divisions. You'll be intrinsically involved with creative conception and proposaldevelopment for projects and will ensure that the creative vision is brought to life through technical production. In terms of scale you'll be responsible for managing small to mid-sized events independently and will play an integral role within team meetingswith clients.
- Business Development - Keeping yourself at the forefront of industry news and trends, you'll be able to spot opportunities for growth and will support with the delivery and production of proposals.
- People Management - You'll be responsible for the line management of a Senior Account Executive and will play a pivotal role in communication across teams and divisions, occasionally supporting with training on systems and procedures.
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- You'll come with an impressive portfolio of event delivery experience across both live and virtual events.
**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**
- You'll be a fantastic relationship builder who can quickly build rapport with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
- We're looking for an excellent communicator with excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Of course a love and passion for the events industry is a must
**SALARY**
- Salary: £35-38,000p/a
**LOCATION**
- Manchester
