Advance exists to promote and develop the calling of evangelists, and is committed to the proclamation of the gospel and the support of those who proclaim. Through group mentoring and evangelism training, Advance is committed to equipping and empowering those who have a desire to prioritise sharing the gospel.

The post holder will oversee the development of Advance groups across the world, from managing in-country ambassadors to developing strategies for existing and new Advance nations to engage effectively with the Advance group resource.
