**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons to children ages [3-5]
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide ongoing feedback to parents
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other communication with families

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Valid teaching certification in [state/province]
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their development and learning
