The Warehouse Associate will support the company’s distribution activities to meet quality standards and exceed the customers expectation. They will have responsibility for ensuring all production activities are completed (receiving, put away, picking, pacing and shipping) to ensure our customers received their orders. There will also be a requirement to support with continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the operation remains compliant and evolves to better support the business

**What you will do**:

- Support the department manager in achieving divisional KPIs and objectives.
- Responsible for delivering all production-based activities and associated tasks with 12-months proven competency in accordance with established procedures:

- Receiving products and putting away in locators
- Picking, packing and shipping products to our customers.
- Responsible for supporting with all compliance, inventory and quality based activities.
- Inventory Counts/Checks/Investigations/Adjustments
- Logging and moving of work and inventory between departments
- Quality Checks and Logs
- Checking/Loging and movement of Human Tissue products which require strict temperature, humidity control and Quality checks to ensure regulatory requirements and the safety and well being of our customers.
- Delivering value-added services for the business; accounting for all materials in within the warehouse
- Training new starters ensuring they carry out tasks safely and in line with our work instructions.
- Ensure basic understanding of defined procedures and tasks to aid in decision making Escalate any discrepancies or operational issues to the department manager.
- Identify area for continuous improvement, increasing efficiencies and reducing costs.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at local and regional level.
- Promote a safe working environment and champion quality, ensuring all activities are completed with 100% accuracy.
- Drive engagement to align with the company’s culture.
- Any other reasonable request in line with the operational needs of the business.

**What you will need**:

- Desired - Hold a valid Counter Balance Forklift licence.
- Preferred -A working knowledge of Warehouse processes and ERP/WMS (Oracle or similar) is essential.
- Preferred - Typically 2+ years’ experience in a warehousing or similar environment
