We are an independent, licensed bistro in the heart of Stalybridge. Our offering includes specialty coffee, cakes, fresh food cooked to order and a selection of alcoholic drinks including wine, beer and cocktails.

Being a small outfit, this job role comes with a lot of responsibility. The work is fast paced, high pressured and challenging at times but we believe this is what separates the good from the great.

This role is about being attentive to our guests, from a warm welcome at the door to a thank you and goodbye at the end of their journey with us. We are looking for someone to join the team with prior waiting on experience and that really cares about good customer service.

Must haves are; 1 or more years in a waiting on role within a busy, fast paced environment, a keen interest in food, flavours and cooking and the ability and confidence to make recommendations when required.

Wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is desired but not necessary as we do have a comprehensive in house training programme.

We have both part-time and full-time positions available. For those looking to enter into a full-time position, this role comes with room for progression to eventually step into a floor supervisor/floor manager role.
