Gymnastics Instructor

The Little Gym, the world’s leading motor skills development programme for children aged 4 months to 12 years, has successfully been operating in Yorkshire for over 13 years and welcome over 1600 children every week to our gyms in Harrogate, Leeds & York. The programme uses gymnastics as a vehicle for teaching and developing motor skills together with music and activities including balls and games to help enhance physical, emotional, perceptual, social and cognitive development. Classes are taught by highly qualified and rigorously trained staff, in a safe but challenging and fun environment. Children at The Little Gym are encouraged to develop in a non-competitive environment thus building their self-confidence and laying the foundations for success in all aspects of their future lives.

The Little Gym of Harrogate, Leeds and York have experienced steady growth and we look to build on this in the future as demand for classes remains very high. We are looking to recruit an energetic and enthusiastic gymnastics instructor that can quickly develop into leading classes after initial training. This role is critical to the future growth of the gyms and full training will be given. The successful applicant will join our dynamic and committed team of instructors at an exciting time of continued growth.

We are looking for a full-time instructors to add to our team in Leeds, with excellent communication skills who will initially spend the majority of the time teaching curriculum-based classes to children. With the rest of the time dedicated to growing our membership numbers through excellent customer service, marketing to potential members and assisting with the day-to-day routine of the gym. We are looking for individuals who ideally have previous gymnastics experience and a HUGE love for working with children of differing ages.

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
