Our client, who is one of the leading distributors in the construction industry are looking for a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join their team based in Slough on a permanent basis

**Duties include**:

- Developing and maintaining new sales
- Raising quotes on the system
- Acting as the first point of contact for the customer base and dealing with customer enquiries and complaints
- Working alongside the warehouse staff to ensure that the correct products are delivered at the requested time
- Maintaining sales records
- Inputting customer orders onto the system
- Providing excellent customer service

**Person / Experience Required**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
- Competency with Microsoft 365 Packages (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- A flexible, helpful, friendly & professional approach towards staff & clients
- Good communication skills
