Client Care Team Associate

Dick White Referrals
- Preparing patient labels for the following day’s appointments
- Scanning patient files onto client’s electronic accounts in the practice management system
- Booking appointments into the diary system to ensure smooth running of the hospital
- Answering incoming calls in a polite, professional manner and routing calls around the hospital as necessary
- Taking calls from our referring vets regarding both routine and emergency referrals
- Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival and guide them to their designated waiting area
- Page the correct clinician, nurse, physiotherapist or case manager of patient arrival
- Taking payment from clients for the services they have received, sometimes for large amounts
- Maintain regular communication with vets where appropriate, ensuring clients remain happy and updated of any delays
- Process general queries and manage customer expectations in a polite and friendly manner
- Liaising with clients regarding their pet insurance policies
- Continue to maintain and develop your own professional knowledge and skills
- Maintain effective and professional colleague relationships
- Promote Health & Safety policies and practices, ensuring compliance is always maintained
