Workshop Foreman/woman

Due to expansion and new contracts we are looking for a full time Workshop Foreman.

Responsibilities would be to supervise, plan, organise and control the operations of a busy fabrication workshop and to liaise with management. Previous experience preferred. MIG welding experience is essential, TIG and Arc would also be beneficial. A knowledge of general fabrication and sheet metalwork processes is preferred.

Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production and labour requirements, reviewing production schedules and estimating future requirements.

Maintain and monitor production quality

Our work is predominantly based around the fabrication and build of bespoke Material Recycling Facilities and Kerbside Recycling Collection Vehicles using both mild and stainless steel.

**Salary**: £26,500.00-£41,500.00 per year
