**The Role**:
This role plays an important part within Property Management team. Reporting into the Property Management Manager, you will be client facing and liaising with a variety of people across our property portfolio.

This role requires someone who has a high level of detail/attention, organisation and effective communication skills.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Issuing and completing documentation for any new tenancies within the portfolio
- Organising key collections upon tenancy commencement
- Obtaining any relevant referencing in order for the tenancy to commence
- Liaising on a regular basis with landlords and tenants.
- Resolving any queries, complaints or issues from landlords or tenants.
- Liaising with the accounts team to handle invoices, fees and payments due.
- Assisting with utilities contracts at the start and end of tenancies.
- Maintaining property records to company standards.
- Reviewing all proposed tenants “Right to Rent” ID Checks as per government guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- ARLA/NFoPP qualified or willingness to work towards (**Desirable, but not essential**)
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence (**Essential**)

**Skills and Behaviours**:

- Experience with student accommodation (**Desirable, but not essential**)
- Property Management experience (**Desirable, but not essential**)
- Experience of working with key stakeholders (**Desirable, but not essential**)
- CMS Systems (e.g Alto/Gemini) (**Desirable, but not essential**)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
