The role is home based but you will be attending face 2 face meetings with clients and team meet-ups in our local offices across Sussex & Hampshire. Knowledge of the local geography and demographic will be key to working successfully with businesses across our target areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer acquisition, growth, retention & development across our media landscape
- Focused on ROI for our customers advertising campaigns
- Ability to develop, nurture and close new business opportunities
- Account management & effective pipeline management
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
- Educate customers in new media products and propositions

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Previous digital sales experience is essential (advertising a big advantage)
- Target driven, passionate with a consultative sales approach
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proactive and flexible approach
- Enthusiastic, ambitious, positive, creative and innovative
- Team player with effective communication skills
