IT Trainer

**The role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Trainer to join our London office IT Training team.

**What will you do**:

- Deliver IT induction training to new starters, as well as upskilling training via classroom, one-to-one, virtual, workshops and e-learning methods.
- Engage with key stakeholders to identify learning needs within the business.
- Plan and organise training events based on training needs analysis.
- Create, design, and maintain training materials
- Participate and support IT projects that have a training requirement.
- Learn, test and monitor new system updates and changes.
- Effectively maintain training records and materials within Training Hub, our LMS.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of existing technologies in use and learn new systems or improvements to current software as required.
- Assist with additional training administration.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience of delivering technology-based training within a legal or corporate environment.
- Experience delivering technology training virtually and via classroom.
- Experience developing training materials such as guides, training videos and eLearning content.
- Desirable: Microsoft Office Specialist certification in Word/Excel/PPT/Outlook.
- Desirable: Hold an appropriate trainer qualification or be working towards one eg COLF, MCT, TAP.
- Desirable: experience using Captivate and/or Camtasia.
- An understanding of the training lifecycle and people's learning styles.
- Proven IT skills and experience of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to quickly learn and assimilate new software and technologies.
