**The Role includes**:

- Drafting and advising on Wills, Probate, Powers Attorney, Courts of Protection, Trusts, Estates Planning, Wealth Management, and Inheritance Tax
- Responsible for assisting with allocation of work within your department
- Assisting with training and supervision of junior team members
**- Previous experience, minimum 2 years in Private Client work
- Able to work within a team as well as using own initiative
- IT literate with the ability work efficiently on a case management system
- Has strong administrative and organisational skills
- STEP Diploma is desirable but not essential
