Front of House Staff for The Shilstone Cafe

Shilstone Café.

We are currently looking for an experienced person to work front of house in our popular and successful café within the Devon Archive at the beautiful Shilstone estate.

The job requires someone who can deliver **excellent customer service**, working in a fast-paced environment and produce a **superb coffee**

The job is full time, Wednesday to Sunday.

Pay rate is determined by age and experience.

Salary ; From £10.50 per hour.

Please note, there is no public transport to Shilstone.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area, including cleaning and sanitizing surfaces.
- Upsell additional products or services to customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and maintain efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in guest services or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a positive manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
