The Facilities Management service has recently gone through a period of significant change and transformation and we have a new smarter operating model to ensure the service is best placed to support delivery of our front line services and meet the needs of our residents.

**About the role**

**Reprographics & Mailroom Operative**

London Borough of Croydon is looking to appoint a Reprographics & Mailroom Operative to join the Facilities Management team to provide a professional customer focused FM service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, dynamic individual who will contribute to the team who will be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a demanding environment and assist in the overall running of the Reprographics & Mailroom section and to ensure highest level of service to customers.

This will involve producing work of a high quality to the customer’s specification from hard copy and electronic media. The operation and use and knowledge of all the equipment within the section including High volume photocopiers, various print finishing equipment (power guillotine, power drill, binders and punch), franking machines and complex folder inserters.

Participate in the receipt and despatch of external mail requiring the need to work to a rota system to facilitate both ends of the working day. Provide a trolley messenger service to the central complex including the delivery, collection and sorting of mail, both internal and external.

A good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages is required.

Any other associated duties.
