**Product warehouse and Technical Trainee/assistant leading to supervisor**

As a Product and Technical Trainee, you will be responsible for products in and out of Access Security Products. Looking after the orders after they’ve been received by the sales team, ensuring care and attention to detail is taken from picking goods through to final delivery to the customer.

Excellent organisational skills are required, as well as being a proactive, dedicated and a great communicator across all levels is expected, as is pride in your work and unrivalled attention to detail.

Access Security Products Ltd is a small professional team where a can-do attitude and willingness to excel and grow with the company is a minimum requirement. All staff are expected to assist when and where needed including flexibility to cover holidays and events / occasions

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the despatch process, including picking, packing and despatch on Sage
- Creating Courier Consignments for daily collection
- Dealing with Courier related issues like failed deliveries and liaising with client
- Awareness and knowledge of orders / back orders / call off, and relevant purchase orders, able to pre-empt low stock before they get too low
- Stock Control
- Ensure minimum levels of stock is maintained, regularly checking
- Raising POs for sign off and highlighting if urgent
- Receive stock and prepare stock for shelving
- Stripping parts for special finish products
- Ensure products/shelving and stores are sufficiently labelled and kept tidy
- Printing instructions/wiring diagrams for certain parts as required
- Manage levels of packaging and DHL stationery are adequate
- Receiving Returned Items and booking in and performing checks as appropriate
- Assist the team when needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Salary**: £9.25-£14.00 per hour
