**Center Clerk**
**GB - EDINBURGH (GBEDR)**
Future You is a genuine admin all-rounder. Working in an office base preparing paperwork for departing flights, also working on the Apron overseeing the load of UPS aircrafts and ensuring all operations are to audit standard and ensuring staff are working safely - nothing will faze you. **What you’ll do**:
- Work approximately 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 17:00 - 21:00
- Preparing paperwork for the off-load and on-load of aircraft
- Off-loads and on-loads of UPS flights to Audit standards.
- Performing internal audits to check all procedures are being followed
- Arriving and departing ground movements to and from centers to keep accurate inventory of containers
- Producing manual weight and balance if ALP system is down.
- Producing load plans for flight destinations
- Using weight and balance system to produce load manifests for crew
- General clerical duties
- Overseeing the offload of UPS vehicles and ensure vendor stay compliant with UPS procedures
- Overseeing the weighing of UPS ULDs and communicating data to the office personnel in a timely manner
**What you’ll need**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT knowledge is preferable of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- A highly organised approach that allows you to multi-task - paying close attention to detail without compromising on quality
- A flexible attitude
